Business Developer
We are presently seeking an engaged, active and passionate Business Developer who will be responsible for identifying, securing, and managing new business opportunities. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of market trends, a robust network within the fashion industry, and the ability to foster strong relationships with suppliers and Business customers.
Key Responsibilities:
● Market Analysis and Strategy Development:
o Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks in the off-price
fashion market.
o Conduct ongoing market research to stay updated with industry developments and competitor activities.
o Gather useful information from customers, suppliers and competitors data to refine business strategies.
o Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve growth targets and expand market presence.● Business Development:
o Identify and research potential suppliers and clients and new business opportunities, including
partnerships with suppliers, manufacturers, and retailers.
o Develop and manage strategic partnerships to grow the business.
o Track, identify, and add qualified prospects to the sales and buying pipelines, by use of Corporate ERP/
CRM in line with the set guidelines and SOPs
o Negotiate and secure contracts with new suppliers and clients to expand product offerings and market
reach.● Relationship Management:
o Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential suppliers and clients, ensuring a
steady flow of high-quality products.
o Develop and maintain client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
o Coordinate with sales teams to develop mutually beneficial proposals and ensure seamless execution of
business deals.
● Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
o Monitor and analyze the performance of new business initiatives, providing regular reports to senior
management.
o Track and report on the status of proposal components and overall business development activities.
o Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to optimize business development
strategies.
● Sales and Negotiation:
o Prepare and submit sales contracts, ensuring all terms are clearly communicated and agreed upon.
o Negotiate contract terms with suppliers and clients and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
o Work with the pricing department to create competitive rate proposals.
o Make and give presentations to prospective clients and suppliers, and internal executives to showcase the
company’s value proposition.
● Process and Policy Development:
o Create and implement processes and policies to support the overall business development strategy.
o Monitor project teams to ensure contracts are executed as agreed and address any issues promptly.Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion Management, or a related field.
● 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the fashion industry, preferably in the off-price market.
● Strong understanding of the off-price fashion market, including key players, market dynamics, and consumer behavior.
● Excellent negotiation, communication, interpersonal skills and strong sense of Team working
● Proven ability to develop and implement successful business strategies.
● Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret market data and trends.
● Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. -
Order Management and Customer Care Specialist
The Order Management and Customer Care Specialist will join our Supply Chain Department in
Malta. This role will be responsible for fulfilling client orders promptly and provide customer
support to ensure a high level of satisfaction with our services.Responsibilities:
Order Management
● Follow up on sales orders and expedite as necessary.
● Manage the entire sales order process from receipt to fulfilment.
● Conduct pricing checks to ensure accuracy.
● Confirm sales orders with customers.
● Perform marginality checks to assess profitability.
● Confirm purchase orders for real and virtual products.
● Coordinate shelving requests as per selection requirementTransportation
● Verify payments before planning shipments.
● Plan transportation logistics efficiently.
● Prepare shipping documents and invoices.
● Review specifications for accurate shipment.
● Optimizing transportation costs.
● Arrange for certifications, if required.Customer Care
● Verify proof of authenticity for customer satisfaction.
● Handle requests for product images and maintain an organized archive.
● Manage invoicing processes for customer orders.
● Process master data requests efficiently.
● Communicate sales order status updates to customers.
● Manage customer claims and ensure timely resolution.
● Refund ManagementCost Management
● PO agents and transportation creation
● Invoice and proforma-invoice verificationRequirements
● Good command of English- written and oral (Russian will be plus)
● Excellent organizational skills, proactive and problem-solving approach
● Basic knowledge Supply Chain processes
● Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
● Willingness to learn.
● Excellent knowledge of MS Office software with particular emphasis on Microsoft Excel
(advanced level)

- After filling in the self assessment, a video interview with People Care will be held and if you pass this step you will have a test task to complete.
- Then, you will have a second interview with the line manger to present your task. This is also an occasion to know each other better.
- Finally, you will meet the managing director for a clearer overview of our company as well as introducing yourself to the C-level.
