We are looking for a Finance Specialist to join our small Finance team on a part-time basis (20 hours per week) and support the day-to-day financial operations of the company.

This is a practical, hands-on role covering several areas of finance, including accounts payable, treasury and accounts receivable. As part of a small team, you will have the opportunity to gain broad exposure to different finance processes and gradually expand your knowledge and responsibilities.

What you will do

• Accounts Payable – Check and record supplier invoices, monitor outstanding balances, follow up on discrepancies and perform supplier account reconciliations.

• Treasury & Banking – Record and match incoming and outgoing payments, maintain accurate payment records and perform bank reconciliations.

• Accounts Receivable – Check and post sales invoices, monitor due and overdue invoices and follow up on outstanding customer balances.

• Reconciliations & Reporting – Prepare customer and supplier reconciliations and support periodic reporting, including aged debtors reports.

• Day-to-day Finance Support – Assist with queries from customers, suppliers and business partners and support the Finance team with other routine accounting and administrative tasks as required.

What we are looking for

Must-have

• Finance or accounting background – through education and/or relevant practical experience.

• Good professional English, both written and spoken.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with financial information.

• Reliable and well-organised, with the ability to follow tasks through to completion and meet agreed deadlines.

• Comfortable working with Excel and finance/accounting systems and willing to learn new tools.

• A practical and cooperative approach.

Nice-to-have

• Previous experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, bookkeeping or bank reconciliations.

• ACCA, ACA or another accounting qualification, including someone currently studying towards a professional qualification.

• Experience with an ERP/accounting system such as Odoo or similar.

• Previous experience working in an international or multi-company environment.

We are looking for a proactive Technical Architect & Software Engineer Specialist to join our tech team. In this role, you will bridge hands-on software development with system design—playing an active part in shaping our cloud infrastructure, enterprise systems (Odoo ERP), e-commerce services, and modern AI integrations.

Working with our tech team, external partners and cross-functional teams, you will take ownership of technical deliverables, optimize operational workflows, and help design scalable, secure software architectures.

What You Will Do

• Cloud & Infrastructure: Own and manage AWS cloud environments—configuring compute resources, relational databases, networking, monitoring, and automated CI/CD pipelines.

• Architecture & Software Engineering: Design, write, test, and maintain clean, reliable code across core platforms, including ERP systems (Odoo), microservices, and modern API integrations.

• Security & Networking: Implement cybersecurity best practices, manage secrets, security groups and access controls, enforce access controls, and ensure secure software development standards across systems.

• AI & Workflow Automation: Build and integrate production-grade GenAI features (LLM APIs, prompt management, intelligent agents) to automate business operations and enhance internal platforms.

• Technical Collaboration: Partner with internal software developers, external vendors, and business stakeholders to drive project delivery, lead code reviews, and influence architectural choices.

• ERP & Serverless Integration: Customize and develop Odoo ERP systems, leverage AWS serverless services (Lambda, Step Functions), and provide tier-2/3 application support and troubleshooting for internal users.

• Mentorship & Team Support: Coach and mentor junior developers, promoting best practices, continuous learning, and technical growth within the engineering team.

What We Are Looking For

Must-have

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field (or equivalent hands-on industry experience).

• Experience: 3–5 years of real-world experience building robust software engineering systems or designing technical architecture.

• Strong Python Proficiency: Proven experience writing modular, maintainable, and testable Python code following clean coding principles.

• Database Mastery: Solid experience designing schemas, optimizing complex SQL queries, and managing relational databases (preferably PostgreSQL).

• Cloud & Networking Core: Solid practical experience with core AWS services (EC2, RDS, S3, IAM) and a thorough understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/TLS, VPNs).

• Tooling & Best Practices: Proficient with Git version control, Linux environments, containerization (Docker), and automated CI/CD deployment pipelines.

• AI & GenAI Production Experience: Practical implementation of OpenAI/Anthropic APIs, LangChain, or custom LLM-backed workflows.

• Mindset & Communication: Excellent analytical problem-solving skills, accountability, ability to drive tasks autonomously, and full professional proficiency in English.

Nice-to-have

• AWS Certifications: AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Developer Associate.

• Enterprise & E-Commerce Systems: Hands-on experience extending or customizing enterprise tools like Odoo, ERP or major e-commerce platform’s

We are presently seeking an engaged, active and passionate Business Developer who will be responsible for identifying, securing, and managing new business opportunities. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of market trends, a robust network within the fashion industry, and the ability to foster strong relationships with suppliers and Business customers.

Key Responsibilities:

● Market Analysis and Strategy Development:
o Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks in the off-price
fashion market.
o Conduct ongoing market research to stay updated with industry developments and competitor activities.
o Gather useful information from customers, suppliers and competitors data to refine business strategies.
o Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve growth targets and expand market presence.

● Business Development:
o Identify and research potential suppliers and clients and new business opportunities, including
partnerships with suppliers, manufacturers, and retailers.
o Develop and manage strategic partnerships to grow the business.
o Track, identify, and add qualified prospects to the sales and buying pipelines, by use of Corporate ERP/
CRM in line with the set guidelines and SOPs
o Negotiate and secure contracts with new suppliers and clients to expand product offerings and market
reach.

● Relationship Management:
o Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential suppliers and clients, ensuring a
steady flow of high-quality products.
o Develop and maintain client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
o Coordinate with sales teams to develop mutually beneficial proposals and ensure seamless execution of
business deals.
● Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
o Monitor and analyze the performance of new business initiatives, providing regular reports to senior
management.
o Track and report on the status of proposal components and overall business development activities.
o Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to optimize business development
strategies.
● Sales and Negotiation:
o Prepare and submit sales contracts, ensuring all terms are clearly communicated and agreed upon.
o Negotiate contract terms with suppliers and clients and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
o Work with the pricing department to create competitive rate proposals.
o Make and give presentations to prospective clients and suppliers, and internal executives to showcase the
company’s value proposition.
● Process and Policy Development:
o Create and implement processes and policies to support the overall business development strategy.
o Monitor project teams to ensure contracts are executed as agreed and address any issues promptly.

Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion Management, or a related field.
● 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the fashion industry, preferably in the off-price market.
● Strong understanding of the off-price fashion market, including key players, market dynamics, and consumer behavior.
● Excellent negotiation, communication, interpersonal skills and strong sense of Team working
● Proven ability to develop and implement successful business strategies.
● Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret market data and trends.
● Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
